Shipping Methods
For mainland France & Monaco only:
- LETTER (1 or 2 books): Slow mode. Delivery time between 1 and 4 days.
- COLISSIMO TRACKED (without signature) (order of more than 3 books): Fast mode. Delivery within 24/48 hours.
For DOM/TOM:
- LETTER: Slow mode. Delivery time between 3 and 5 days.
- COLISSIMO TRACKED (without signature): Fast mode. Delivery within 24/72 hours.
For all other countries:
- BOOKS & BROCHURES: Delivery time between 8 and 30 days.
- PRIORITY PARCEL: Delivery time between 4 and 15 days.
- COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL TRACKED with signature: Delivery time between 5 and 10 days.
Shipping Times & Package Acceptance
Delivery times are calculated after shipping (confirmation of shipment by email).
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
- Payment by Credit Card or PayPal: Packages are shipped within 24 business hours.
- Payment by Check (only for people with a bank account in France),
or Bank Transfer: Packages are shipped within 24 business hours upon receipt of payment.
